By accessing or using websites, booking tools, or other online services operated by Salon Envy USA LLC (“Salon Envy®,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services and salon policies

Hair and beauty services are provided subject to appointment availability, stylist discretion, health and safety rules, and applicable law. Pricing, promotions, and service menus may change without notice; confirmed pricing is discussed at the time of service.

SMS text message terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Salon Envy® as described in our opt-in language, including appointment-related messages and, where you have agreed, promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or call (361) 889-1102. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may use Twilio or similar providers to deliver SMS; their terms may also apply to message delivery.

Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and opt-out requests.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon Envy® and its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
