Robert R. Reyna, Founder of Salon Envy®

Franchisor, operator, and private equity investor based in Texas.

Robert R. Reyna is the founder of Salon Envy, a Texas-based hair salon brand and franchisor with locations in Corpus Christi and San Antonio. The company operates under Salon Envy USA LLC and now offers franchise opportunities through Salon Envy Franchising LLC. Reyna built the brand from a single salon into a multi-location operation with a proprietary technology stack, standardized training program, and a franchise system registered with the SBA.

Before Salon Envy, Reyna founded and scaled Stonewell Bookkeeping, a bookkeeping and tax-preparation franchise, to 22 locations across the United States. He sold the company in March 2026. That experience in franchise development, unit economics, and multi-location operations informed the operating model he later applied to Salon Envy.

Reyna also founded Forge Franchising, a franchise development and consulting firm that works with emerging brands on FDD preparation, territory mapping, and franchise sales infrastructure. He is the founder of Averlend, a private lending company that originates loans for real estate transactions and small business purposes. Both companies operate out of Texas.

Through Salon Envy, Reyna has helped more than 50 stylists open or operate their own salons, providing booth rental infrastructure, business education, and operational support to cosmetologists at various stages of their careers.

Reyna graduated from the University of Maryland with a concentration in legal studies. He is active in private equity and multi-business operations across Texas, with interests spanning franchising, real estate, and financial services.

Reyna ran for Corpus Christi City Council, a campaign documented in public election records. His civic involvement extends to community programming through Salon Envy, including an autism-awareness initiative that provides free haircuts to children and families in the Corpus Christi and San Antonio communities.

Salon Envy as a Franchisor

Salon Envy is expanding through franchising. The company's stated growth plan is to reach more than 50 locations by 2028, a goal that reflects the brand's current trajectory and the market opportunity Reyna sees in underserved Texas and Sunbelt metros. That figure represents the company's internal target, not a guarantee or projection of results.

The franchise program includes turnkey grand opening support, protected geographic territories, a proprietary booking and operations platform, and ongoing training. The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is available to qualified candidates during the discovery process.

Franchise inquiries, territory availability, and the full application are available on the franchise page. This information is educational. No offer to sell a franchise is made except by Franchise Disclosure Document.
