Our commitment

Salon Envy® targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for salonenvyusa.com. We believe every guest deserves equal access to our services, whether browsing from a screen reader, using keyboard navigation, or relying on voice control.

Our development team audits new features against WCAG success criteria before release. We use semantic HTML, provide text alternatives for images, maintain sufficient color contrast ratios, and ensure all interactive elements are keyboard-accessible.

Known limitations

We are transparent about areas where we have not yet reached full conformance:

Our third-party booking widget (Square Appointments) is embedded from an external provider. We have limited control over its internal accessibility. If you cannot complete a booking online, please call us directly and we will book for you.
Some older PDF documents (waivers, franchise guides) may not be fully tagged for screen reader navigation. We are working to remediate these files.
User-uploaded images in blog content may occasionally lack descriptive alt text. We review and correct these on an ongoing basis.
